Amendment and Reformation of the National Self Defence and Firearms Act
Self Defence
(1) All citizens of the
b. In light of a Physical armed attack by an aggressor, reasonable force would include any form of defence in accordance to other related laws.
c. If the aggressor is killed due to the defence then charges would be waivered from the citizen as long as the situation was life threatening and they were in accordance to sections 1a and 1b.
a. Should the criminal be killed during the application of practical force, the citizen is not culpable of either homicide or manslaughter.
Firearms
(2) All citizens of the Fatherland have the right to the ownership of firearms in accordance to the sections of this act.
a. Classifications of weaponry includes: Small Calibre Rifles [.22] and Pistols [.22-.45] – C1, Bolt Action Rifles and Shotguns - C2, Military Small Arms – C3, Other Military Equipment – C4.
b. C1 classed weaponry can be acquired under a ‘Classification 1 Firearms Licence’ which requires the holder to be above the age of 16
c. C2 classed weaponry can be acquired under a ‘Hunting and Shooting Licence’ which requires the holder to be above the age of
d. C3 classed weaponry can be acquired under a ‘People’s Militia Firearms Licence’ which requires the holder to be above the age of 18
e. C4 classed weaponry is restricted to the Governmental Organisations except in
f. Licences can be applied for at any Police station or official People’s Militia Centre and will not be levied against for any fee. See schedule one.
i) Persons must be of sound mind and provide evidence of this through a signed letter from their Doctor.
ii) Persons must be legally abiding citizens with no serious charges contained within their criminal record.
iii) Should the license holder be found to be no longer of sound mind or has committed a serious crime then their license shall be revoked.

h. License holders below the age of 18 must attend their education establishment’s cadet force.
i. Licenses act as a permit to purchase and hold firearms of their appropriate classification, as such license holders will not have information pertaining to the firearms in their possession recorded for the purpose of hindering any occupying force.
j. Business seeking to buy, sell, manufacture, repair or modify firearms are excluded from the above and must instead apply to the Ministry of Internal Affairs for a letter of dispensation. Which will permit them to hold and store firearms for business purposes.
