Statement by the Witan Chief – 27th June 2017.
Brothers and Sisters of the Faedertellus.
Following the abhorrent attack on our communications network, we have had to suspend proceedings for the Witan elections. The cell that undertook the attack were little more than foreign bandits attempting to attack the sanctity of our great nation. However following the attack we pursued the remnants back to the holes from which that had spawned from and wiped them from Micras.
With the communications network now restored and the temporary electricity rationing now ended we have set a new timetable for the Witan 2017 elections.
