A TREATY CONCERNING THE RECONSTITUTION OF VANDERVEER

PREAMBLE

THIS TREATY concerns the restoration of the lands known as Vlaanderen, Isla Vlaanderen and Las Islas Salamancas to the sovereign nation of Vanderveer from Nova England, the Special Administrative Region of Riponia.

ARTICLE I

Both nations agree to recognize the other's legitimate status. Nova England recognizes The Vanderveeren Reich as an independent, sovereign and free nation composed of similarly free peoples. The Vanderveeren Reich recognizes Nova England as a Special Administrative Region of Riponia composed of also free peoples, until the point when Nova England lawfully secedes from Riponia as agreed by those two nations.

ARTICLE II

Nova England agrees to surrender all rights of sovereignty in perpetuity in the territories aforementioned in the treaty, for the government of the Vanderveeren Reich to assume those rights in their entirety and without condition.

ARTICLE III

Vanderveer accepts the duties associated with the sovereignty of the aforementioned territories without condition and does not consider Nova England to be obliged to aid in their governance.
