Obviously, like the rest of the nation, the Torrington Islands are in a pretty poor state of repair. Therefore, Your Majesty, might i request i offer sovereignty of the islands to a willing nation who will make greater use of them? Of course the people of the islands will always remain loyal to the Kingdom and King as our brothers in blood, but i would rather not see the project die out so soon
