The Priest and The Lance. The Priest and The Lance is one of Port Neil's largest statues. It lies around 60 Miles South of the city and so since the evacuations it has been guarded heavily by Militia and members of the Nova English Armed Forces. That statue itself is the image of a young priest who is featured in the Book of The Holy Lance whom travels lonely deep into the South of Burwood where she aids the Nova English general with the lance which brings down the enemies walls. This story was known as the 'Fall of Damascus' and true to its word the general at the time had commissioned a statue of the lance and its Godly carer. But in 1934 a large explosion obliterated the ancient statue and so a new one was commissioned by the Ministry of Interior Affairs. This new statue stayed true to the art of its predecessor but was scaled much large and at its base is the inscription of the Fatherland. That is to say the national Motto of our great and wonderful Fatherland. This Painting below is an Oil work by the Famous 'Olric Huntsland' who completed his piece in 1939.
