We need to consider having Ships shipping in supplies from other ports. We need to set up a small market to gain money and also to buy products.

I'd rather have it in East Moorland. More space to fill up with some factories. However, if there are NOT enough resources there I migh have to alter my plans!

No Port Neil is just about in East Moorland, resourcewise East Moorland is the great Hash and General Produce farming area of Nova England....
