Rember though Nova England is FULL of unoffcial armys thanks to the good old People's Militia act of the good old days. Which means one can form a defence militia through application to the crown.

Ah well...Erm.....We don't like to many tourists around......Also thats why we have armoured trains on most rail lines and Offcial People's Militia units in every town. And Hash to keep the people calm...

You did show us that excerpt of the treaty whereby you could occupy us absolutely whenever you saw fit. As you have control of our military when required, you could easily leave us with nothing more then a guerilla force running around. THAT is destruction. As to why though, I think we've learned that, as things stand, there's no good reason.
