I see the logic in changing the name, you're right about the image it casts, but Assinibonia? Sounds like a porn film. Try something more northerly sounding. And if you've ever been to Aldershot, then you'll realise why we can't be called that

I actually think that nova English Korea is a perfectly good name. OK, the DPRK have rather ruined Korea's image a bit, but South Korea is an awesome place, and Nova English Korea is now one of the last vestiges of the old 'Asian corner' of Micras.

Yay for Asia! My homeland... apparently. Anyway, I see nothing wrong with the name, although I'll abstain from voting because I'm indecisive... i think...

Hammerfest? Rockland? The Glebe? Something Nordic, strong and noble sounding.
I feel that the reference to Korea seems completely out of charrecter for our nation. I had some Koreans notice the name and like everyone else who saw it either laughed or said " hah what a Gay name". This is not the kind of impression we want to develop.

He's got a point you know, and no-one who's new (the kind of audience we're looking to attract) is going to remember the old days, so let's give it a new name, more in keeping with things. Hjelland?
