Statement by the Witan Chief – 08/05/1000
Brothers and Sisters of the Faedertellus.
These past years you have all patiently stood by the Provisional Witan as we have forged our great nation from the ashes of its devastation. We have risen anew as a stronger people, more resilient to the darkness of our world.
However the time has finally come that we must step down and allow the people of this great nation to select a new cadre of representatives and leaders to carry our great nation into the future. As such I and the Provisional Witan are proud to announce that on the 09/07/1000 elections will be held in all Wards as per the standards set out in the Nova English Witan Representation Act.
Due to the changes that have occured in the years since we rose from the darkness, there shall be a reorganisation of seats within each Ward to ensure that full representation is achieved. These seats shall be announced on the 07/06/1000.
As a final note I would like to remind you that you now bear the responsibility for the future of Nova England and the Britannic people.
