Draft Treaty; For Discussion and comment.
1. Trade, friendship, and good understanding shall from henceforth exist between the Kingdom of Nova England and the Kingdom of Coria and their respective successors and Citizens.
2. The Citizens of the Kingdom of Nova England shall have full liberty to enter into, reside in, trade with, and pass with their goods and services through all parts of the Kingdom of Coria, and they shall enjoy therein all the privileges and advantages with respect to commerce or otherwise, which are now or which may hereafter be granted to the Citizens of the Kingdom of Coria: and the citizens of the Kingdom of Coria, shall in like manner be at liberty to enter into, temporarily reside in, trade with, and pass through with their goods and services through all Parts of the Kingdom of Nova England for the purpose of business, as freely as the citizens of the Kingdom of Nova England, and they shall enjoy in the Kingdom of Nova England all the privileges and advantages with respect to commerce, subject to thorough criminal, medical and other checks by the Weorcrecad Feorrancund (Immigration Office).
3. Citizens of the Kingdom of Nova England shall be permitted to purchase, rent or occupy, or in any other legal way to acquire all kinds of property within Kingdom of Coria and that such Citizens of the Kingdom of Nova England shall, as far as lies in their power, within the Kingdom of Coria enjoy full and complete protection and security for themselves and for any property which they may so acquire in future, or which they may have acquired already, before the date of the present convention.
4. No Article whatever shall be prohibited from being imported into or exported from the territories of the Kingdom of Coria; but the trade between the Kingdom of Nova England and the Kingdom of Coria, shall be perfectly free and shall be subject only to the custom duties which may hereafter be in force in regard to such trade.
5. No duty exceeding one Dínor per registered ton shall be levied on Nova English Vessels entering the ports of the Kingdom of Coria and this fixed duty of one Dínor per ton to be levied on all Nova English vessels shall be in lieu of all other charges or duties whatsoever.
6. The Kingdom of Coria agrees that no duty whatever shall be levied on the exportation from its territories of any article, the growth, produce, or manufacture of those territories.
7. The Kingdom of Coria engages to permit the flag bearing vessels of the Kingdom of Nova England to freely enter the Ports, river and creeks, situated within its territories and to allow such ships to provide themselves at a fair and moderate price, with such supplies, stores and provisions as they may from time to time stand in need of.
