Announcing Our Intentions

My father's communiques with you are known to me, and that there are mutual interests in forming a confederation of sorts. I, too, wish to pursue this - a sort of free association between our realms, bound by something simple such as foreign affairs and emergency defense. Perhaps the occasional meeting of heads of state/government to decide our mutual courses by way of unanimous consent.

I therefor ask of Nova England what are some of its terms so that we may begin the negotiations, formation of a charter or constitution and facilitate the movement to Bastion.

It fills me with sadness to hear of your fathers passing. Yes our communications had been recently in regards to forming some kind of enshrined bond between our two great nations. I believe that by forming some kind of union between our countries can only strengthen our resolve and increase our might.
