ACKNOWLEDGING that a spirit of mutual trust and friendship exists between the states of Nova England and Castrum Nazarene. UNDERSTANDING the shared heritage and outstanding value which the signatories to this treaty assign to the Britannic Home Islands, as indicated in the map below. TRANSFERING the sovereignty of the aforementioned islands from Nova England to Castrum Nazarene on the condition that the transfer shall be reversed should Castrum Nazarene cease to exist. CONCEDING that Nova England shall maintain a military base within the territory and shall enjoy free passage to and from the aforementioned during peace time.
