Vezârat-e Omur-e Khâreje
On behalf of the Dīvān of the Dowlat-e Shâhanshâhi-ye Babkha and in the name of His Imperial Majesty, the Euramehr Padeshah, Farzan Shahanshah, I submit this address to His Serene Majesty the Shah of the Shâhanshâhi-ye Jadid Ingilisi (Cynerice Novum England).
A'laa Hazrat
The Imperial State of Babkha renders the salaam of peace and friendship to the most noble throne of His Most Gracious Majesty, King Josephus. Nova England represents to us the last bastion of a great and noble tradition of Anglian micronationalism which found its expression in New Britannia and continues in spirit here also.In an age of darkness and confusion when many lands have fallen into disorder and the forces of perfidious iniquity rise to threaten the civilised powers that remain, the Imperial State of Babkha recognises and appreciates the stabilising influence of the Kingdom of Nova England in the Skerry Islands region and elsewhere which has contributed greatly to the peace and security of all the nations of Micras. We remember especially that during the Montauk War the Nova English stood firmly against the dreaded Polack and smote them vigorously so that Antica and Albion might remain safe and free.
It can be affirmed sincerely therefore that a strong and safe Nova England is a boon to all of Micras. Accordingly our hearts are filled with sadness and grief to learn of the unjust claims levied against Nova England by the nation of Hamland with regards to the Virgin Isles. Note therefore that the Imperial State of Babkha, unconditionally and without thought for reward, guarantees unreservedly the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Nova England against all comers. Let all note that the word of the Imperial State shall be its bond.
The Imperial State generously offers to Nova England an unlimited line of credit with which to arm itself with whatever Babkhan weapon systems it may content itself to acquire. We append a small illustration of the options available herein although further enquiries are indeed welcome.
In concluding may I please assure your Majesty of our continued highest regard.

Salaam My Friend.
I shall return in more detail but let me just say that it is most honorable to have Babkha in our most glorious Fatherland!

My thanks to your Majesty for the kind words and I look forward to the continuation of profitable discussions between us. If nothing else it is a pleasure to find somewhere on Micras that serves a decent pint, and does the Lamb's Head still have that shady chap in the corner running a line in waccy baccy?

Gretan Honourable Messenger of the Imperial State of Babkha.
It is not often that the Fatherland is subject to a visit from a nation of people who's military prowness and history far surpasses our own! The Britannic race of people has much to owe Babkha in terms of the Britannic Empire's Sepah-e Inglisi who boldly defended our brothers to the end and the few that remained following the break up of the Empire were key players in the formation of the New Britannian Guard.
In keeping with this tradition Nova England would be gracefully honoured to gain further and closer relations with the Babkhan state. Be it in terms of terms of military research projects to joint military and economic actions.
Also I would like to thank you for the offer of credit for OAH products! I am currently looking at refitting parts of the New Britannian Guard and their local air force although have you still got the majority of the old products that OAH used to market via Ashkenatzia. In return Nova England would be glad to offer your fine selves some of the best casks of Nova English Ale and our most potent Hashish.
Oh and I do believe Tyrone met an unfortunate end at the hands of the local Hash farming Cooperative last week but I'm sure our friendly barman would be happy to oblige you with his best stock of pre-rolled! Enjoy.

I thank your Majesty, on behalf of the Imperial State, for your kind words. Babkha would indeed be interested in exploring the options available for cooperation in the military-industrial and economic fields.
