Profit and Loss Accounts are a vital aspect of the Injection Scheme because it will enable you to work out your firm’s income which will be weekly. Remember the more firms you have, the more work you have to do, but the greater benefits you’ll recive.
Section 1: Initial Revenue
Every Firm makes a base revenue of ND£10,000 and this goes for all Firms. However you will also need to input your losses aka Costs in order to complete the profit and loss account.
Section 2: Profit factors
There are a number of things which will affect how much profits you are making:
- People Buying your product: For every one person that purchases one of your products, they represent a further 2000 consumers who buy the product in question. However buying lots of your own product to gain money is considered fraud and you will be fined and given a criminal Trial.
- Maintaining your business: Every time you come up with a new financial scheme you can gain around ND£1000 of revenue, to reflect the effort.
- Staff bonuses: By announcing bonuses Staff will become more motivated which will lead them to producing at much lower unit costs whilst also being able to purchase some of your firms own goods which for that week will boost your revenue by ND£500. However if used too often Staff will expect a pay rise and there will be no increase in demand of your product.
- Number of outlets: small outlets will receive around ND£4,000, medium ND£8,000 and large ND£12,000.
- Monopolies: In a region with no competition for your goods you can get an extra ND£10,000 a week. If there is another firm operating in your region the firm with the largest outlet gains the Monopoly revenue, if they both have large outlets, the firm with the greatest number of outlets gains, however if that is equal then the amount of backstory written about your business (eco-friendly policy etc.) will decide it who gains. Calculate for every city with no alternative.
However if your business is semi-nationalised, you put the overall loss up to 0 and say how much you cost the government. But your profits must be halved if it is semi-nationalised.
Part 3: Loss Factors:
- Deduct wages based on the minimum wage which shall be set by the Office Of National Finance. Then deduct ND£100 people for a small outlet, ND£300 for a medium, and ND£600 for a large.
- Basic Overhead costs: ND£8000 a week.
- Inactivity: After 2 weeks of not declaring your Profit and Loss accounts you will be fined ND£3000 a week unless a LOA is provide in which case the National Bank will publish your accounts. (NB: Fines will be preceded by a Email and PM warning)
-Call centres: Count as a small store and therefore all staff need to be accounted for!
Where to post everything: All Profit and Loss Accounts will need to be located in a single Thread which will be sticked in your Firm’s Sub-Board. In order to have a Firm Sub-Forum you must first register your firm in the Office of National Finance and pay your registration fees. Your accounts should be published in the same threads every week though if you are unable to produce it please PM the Minister of the Interior and the Bank will undertake that weeks dealings. No spamming or talking will be allowed in the Account thread to keep your working easy to read.
[NB: You can take as much money out of a business into your pocket whenever you like]
